Solution 1. I was running WSUS in my domain, but the updates didn't arrive. Proxy servers must support HTTP 1.1 RANGE requests BITS supports HTTP and HTTPS downloads and uploads and requires that the server support the HTTP 1.1 protocol. When I tried the depends.exe%windir%sysyetm32… it said their was no association. Does that mean you can not help? BITS also supports the transfer of files between peer computers in a domain. The svchost.exe is in the system32 folder, but will not open.
