peter whuuhhooooo… it fixed my phone as well!! My problem is that it's working only intermittently - inputs on the headphone buttons often don't register, and I'd like to fix this.I've tried two different sets of earbuds, my old Dilip It really worked!! ???????? This trick is usually a fix for an iPhone that's been used for a while, hence the grim! I was convinced the jack was broken but found this post.
