What to do? Everything (software Wise) seems to be set up exactly as it should be, but still no sound! Sometimes when you connect you device to bluetooth speakers there can be sound problems when going back to the in built speakers.

Sign in to report inappropriate content. For what it's worth, the procedure I've outlined above doesn't always work for some reason. None of the fixes work as the system preferences appear normal. Turn the volume up It may be that your Mac has the volume turned down.
