Is this normal? I have had mine for 2 weeks and haven't had any problems since I got it and hooked it up. Plus they charged me 3.50 for a few extra days to get my payment in have been charged up to 8.00 a month for a late payment charge twice. they I tried to key the DVD player code in manually by pressing the DVD button and the OK …THIS IS NOT WORKING EITHER…. check over here

when I go through all the rebooting it MIGHT come on but only for a few seconds and then freeze.
